Wellness Homeopathy ("we") is the homeopathy practice of Dr. Pallavi Vasisht, based in Parramatta, Sydney, offering online consultations to patients across Australia and New Zealand. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles and, for New Zealand clients, the Privacy Act 2020.
What we collect
- Messages and calls: if you email, call or WhatsApp us, the details you choose to share.
- Free guide: your name and email, and your consent to receive emails.
- Bookings: made through TidyCal, which collects the details it needs to schedule your consultation.
- Website analytics: Google Analytics collects anonymous usage data (pages visited, device type) using cookies.
How we use it
To reply to your messages, send the guide and occasional wellness emails you agreed to (you can unsubscribe at any time from any email), arrange consultations, and understand how the website is used. We never sell your information.
Where it is stored
Guide signups are stored securely on Amazon Web Services in Sydney, Australia, and a notification is emailed to our clinic inbox. Email delivery uses Resend; guide emails are sent by our email platform (Kit). WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta). These providers may store data outside Australia or New Zealand. Please don't send detailed medical history by email or message — we'll discuss it privately at your consultation.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing contact@wellnesshomeopathy.com.au. We will respond within 30 days.
Complaints
Contact us first at contact@wellnesshomeopathy.com.au. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au) or, in New Zealand, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz).
